This Wednesday we have planned to take the ex-street kids away for the day. I'll be able to go if we can get Tabitha looked after at home but it would be too long a day for her to take her with us. The kids are excited and we would ask you to pray that it is profitable in building and deepening relationships with the kids. Sadly most of them have stopped attending church lately since Alex and Paty started the little service on Friday nights and haven't been visiting them at home so regularly.
The answer to the problem is probably not to have Alex and Paty return to visiting them. It was a grueling program for them. What we would love to see is more church members involved in discipleship. Please pray to that end. It could also be considered that the Friday evening service is church for them but the problem is that they have been falling to temptation in little areas of their lives and we really do need more discipleship to see them live victoriously and free of the past.
