Mex-i-Kids

This was a good week. We started with a few kids but more came until we had over 40 again. This was the last week before the Holiday Bible Club (VBS) which starts tomorrow. So hopefully now we are ready to give great follow-up to that event. Loads of flyers have been handed out, loads of preparation work has been going on and we are ready (and our adolescents that we are directing are as ready as they'll be too we think!). The team from N. Ireland have also arrived safely. Pray for them as they contiue to adjust to altitude and the time difference. Pray that they will be able to communicate God's love despite the language barrier.

Please pray too that kids would come and also for the teachers. Several have had to pull out for one reason or another and so we are depleted in number. That puts extra strain on the rest of us who will have to cover even more posts! Pray that despite the difficulties God will really be with us. We'll try and let you know mid-week how things are going.

Here we are this past Saturday at Mex-i-Kids enjoying one of the songs. The kids really love song time and it is a favourite for many.
Perhaps you can make out Tabitha sitting on Andrew's knee. She's smiling away at some of the boys who lap up the compliment!
