I know I don't normally write mid-week but there are a couple of imminent things for which we would really appreciate your prayers.
I've been speaking with Paty this morning and it seems that the situation with Beto and Sandra is not good. Basically Sandra continues to abuse the kindness of people in the church and we're not sure what she is hiding about what is going on at home. We do know that Beto is taking hard drugs and has left his work again. We are going tonight to visit them both and there will be lots of straight talk. Please pray for wisdom in everything we say and pray that our words will come across in love.
We'd also appreciate prayer for the first planned activities in the Drop-In Centre tomorrow. Several kids have been invited and final preparations are happening today. It's exciting and our prayer is that God moves in the kids' lives and that He is glorified tomorrow.
