Katherine and Caroline have been going through our Child Protection Policy and Andrew decided to phone the government department (DIF) that works with Street Kids. He found a very warm reception and will have a meeting with the lady who is in charge of all that the government do with Street Kids in the city. He will take Fidel to that meeting and they will be able to find out what the current guidelines are, what services are available, protocols we should follow etc.
Please pray that this meeting will be profitable and that a good relationship will be established. the DIF do some great work with the kids and we will be able to learn some valuable lessons.
