MEFI team meetings

Andrew has had a fantastic time of meetings with the MEFI team. There has been some restructuring of the church teams and so every team in a church that is involved in church planting has a supervising pastor and each team member is responsible to the pastor now rather than a director or team leader. The implications of this on the MEFI team is that Andrew is no longer the director, but the one who gives in the reports to the supervising pastor on behalf of the team. This means that Fidel, Alex, Juanita and Paty are more involved in leading the ministry.
The team has had to redo the ministry plan for the year and they handed it into the supervising pastor in their meeting on Friday and he was really pleased. Praise the Lord for the unity of purpose and vision that the team has. They will be discussing the time frame of the years goals and defining roles this week for the team. Then going to the streets with a questionnaire to get a good idea of what has been happening and trying to get a better idea of who and how many to invite at one time to the 'Drop in Centre' which they now call 'UNIFAM La Raza'.
We'll get a fresh view of the building for you for next week.
